Onboarding guide
Follow the steps below to get up and running with the ABN Verifier APP for HubSpot
Step 1: Register or Sign into App.Vanillah.io
Step 2: Open the Abn Verifier App and Click install
Step 3: Install the INtegration on the preferred HUBSPOT Account
Step 4: Ensure the FREE TRIAL is active and App is Installed on HubSpot.
Step 5: Ensure the Properties are installed and visible ON THE COMPANY RECORD
Step 6: Search for an ABN or Modify the ABN Number property on a company Record
Step 7: Check the properties populated, the sidebar will show a success or failure for the App integration. You will also see the timeline event with the result.

ABN Verifier Properties & Groups
Overview
When the ABN Verifier application is installed, a set of properties and a property group called ABN Pull are automatically created in HubSpot. These properties store data retrieved from the Australian Business Register (ABR) and help ensure businesses have up-to-date, verified ABN information.
These properties must exist on any object where the ABN Verifier is used. Anytime the ABN Number property is updated, the integration will automatically trigger a lookup in the ABR. If a valid result is found, the corresponding properties will be populated with the retrieved data.
Property Group: ABN Pull
The following properties are created under the ABN Pull group:
How It Works
Installation: When the application is installed, the ABN Pull property group is created, and all properties are added to the Company Object in HubSpot.
ABN Update Trigger: Anytime the ABN Number is updated on an object, the integration runs an ABR lookup.
Data Population: If a matching ABN is found, all available data fields are updated in HubSpot under the ABN Pull group.
Continuous Updates: Users can manually update the ABN Number or configure workflows to refresh ABN data as needed.
Requirements
• These properties must exist on any object that will use the ABN Verifier.
• If a property is missing, the integration may not function correctly.
• Only valid ABNs will return results; invalid or non-existent
• ABNs will not populate additional fields.
